Abstract: 

Despite international sanctions against Iran's nuclear activities, radiopharmaceutical technology has made significant progress over recent years. This paper intends to investigate the radiopharmaceutical technology INNOVATION SYSTEM in Iran using the INNOVATION motors approach. This study uses both the field and the library research and conducted between 1369-1359. The theoretical basis of this research is INNOVATION motors model. This paper is carried out using the “ mixed method” to evaluating all aspects of the SYSTEM using "exploratory method". This purpose was done in the qualitative section using the "Event History Analysis"method and in the quantitative section using the survey research and Structural Equation Modeling. Then, according to the exploratory method, the INNOVATION motors of the radiopharmaceutical technological INNOVATION SYSTEM were identified. According to the result of the quantitative method we found that the "SYSTEM building motor" loops are formed, but according to the qualitative section, it can be seen that the characteristics of the SYSTEM in the SYSTEM building motor are not completely consistent with the current situation. Therefore, the incomplete formation of the SYSTEM building motor has been accepted and accordingly, we identified the threshold of the SYSTEM building motor. Finally, recommendations were presented to complete construction motor and complete climb to the SYSTEM building motor.

Abstract: 

In order to improve understanding of the structure and dynamics of INNOVATION SYSTEMs, researchers and policy analysts have studied the various empirical cases. However, policymakers often face with problems in exploiting practical strategies. Among the different approaches to INNOVATION SYSTEMs, the technological INNOVATION SYSTEM has a close relationship with the concept of INNOVATION policy. The purpose of this study is, therefore, to investigate the technological INNOVATION SYSTEM, its structures and functions and also to analyse this concept for a scheme of INNOVATION policy and technology development. The influence of contexts and life cycles that affect the policy process are also considered. Finally, in order to illustrate the application of the concepts, the photovoltaic technological INNOVATION SYSTEM in Iran is investigated.

Abstract: 

The poultry industry is one of the most important economic resources, having one of the most voluminous parts of human resources. Its scope and the growing consumption of related products have raised the need for INNOVATION in it. This study aimed to provide a poultry industry regional INNOVATION SYSTEM model, with a pilot study on three provinces of Guilan, Mazandaran, and Golestan in Iran. This was a pluralistic, applied, descriptive survey with quantitative ‐ qualitative data. The statistical population included Iranian experts in the poultry industry. In addition to using library resources, questionnaires and interviews were also used to collect data. The snowball sampling was used to select experts. Five experts were selected for interviews and 32 received questionnaires. Data were analyzed using SPSS and Modeler software, as well as the multi‐ layer perceptron artificial neural network. This study employed the functional‐ structural analysis approach to provide apoultry industry regional INNOVATION SYSTEM model. Overall, 15 actors, 29 institutions and six functions were identified. Data analysis confirmed the model. The findings showed that the most important indices of structural elements were Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration (IRICA) among regional INNOVATION SYSTEM actors, and implementing policies to attract domestic technology and international capital among regional INNOVATION SYSTEM institutions. In addition, the results showed that all the functions of the INNOVATION SYSTEM were of great importance, among which only the INNOVATION and entrepreneurship indices had a relatively lower performance, which requires policymakers to take measures to improve them.

Abstract: 

سازمان بین المللی استاندارد از زمان تاسیس خود در سال 1942، استانداردهای بین المللی متعددی را با همکار ی متخصصان و کارشناسان برجسته جهان و همچنین کارشناسان موسسه های استاندارد کشورهای عضو این سازمان، تدوین و منتشر نموده است. هر کدام از استانداردهای انتشار یافته حیطه خاصی از عملیات و فعالیتها را پوشش داده و بر روی آن متمرکز می شود. مانند استانداردهای سیستم کیفیت، ایمنی و بهداشت حرفه ای و مدیریت محیط زیست. با وجود تشابه فراوان بین این سیستم ها، ادغام نیازمندیهای این سه سیستم بدون پیچیدگی به نظر می رسد؛ ولی این امر در عمل به سادگی میسر نیست. چرا که بایستی ابتدا برای هر سازمان فایده ها، مشکلات و مسایل حاشیه ای جهت ادغام در نظر گرفته شود. علاوه بر این، در نظر داشتن وجوه اشتراک و تفاو تها بین سیستم های مورد نظر نیز ضروری است. با این حال اگر نیازمندیهای سیستم مدیریتی مورد نظر به درستی در سازمان طرح ریزی و اجرا شده باشد و کارکنان سازمان نیز آگاهی و تعهد لازم را در ارتباط با نیازمندیهای آن داشته باشند، ادغام سیستم های مدیریتی به راحتی و بدون ایجاد اختلال در روند جاری فعالیتهای سازمان امکان پذیر خواهد بود. در این مقاله پس از بحث و توضیح پیرامون استانداردهای کیفیت، مدیریت محیط زیست و ایمنی و بهداشت حرفه ای، روشهای ادغام این سه سیستم و فواید ناشی از این ادغام عنوان خواهد شد.

Abstract: 

The purpose of the study was to investigating the role of open INNOVATION in the effect of knowledge management SYSTEM on INNOVATION capacity. The study population which was an applied and descriptive-survey research was composed of 177 managers of Companies in Industrial Town No. 2 & companies in Kerman Science and Technology Park. The questionnaire was used to collect data. Validity and reliability of the questionnaire were verified and confirmed. After data analysis by Spss & Amos, findings suggested that: knowledge management SYSTEM had effect on open INNOVATION andINNOVATION capacity. Also, the impact of knowledge management SYSTEM on INNOVATION capacity was mediated by open INNOVATION.

Abstract: 

It has been about three decades since the formation of the concept of national INNOVATION SYSTEM and today it has become widely spread among policy makers as well as among scholars in science, technology and INNOVATION all over the world. During its rapid growth and widespread, some disagreements about its basic and fundamental issues have been created. What is a national SYSTEM of INNOVATION? How has it developed? What is the theoretical core of the concept? Who makes use of it? Why is it useful for policy making? How can it be applied to developing countries? What are its main limitations? The present study tries to give a depth analysis of all these questions. Finally, in order to illustrate the application of the concept, Iran is selected for an analysis at national level.

Abstract: 

THIS ARTICLE PROVIDES AN OVERVIEW OF INNOVATION PROCESSES HAVE BEEN TAKEN IN THE FIELD OF FUEL CELL TECHNOLOGY (FCT) IN IRAN. FUEL CELL TECHNOLOGY IS A GENERIC TECHNOLOGY WITH WIDE VARIETY AREAS OF APPLICATION IN AUTOMOBILE AND ENERGY PRODUCTION BOTH FOR INDUSTRIAL AND RESIDENTIAL PURPOSES AND ALSO IT IS EXPECTED TO HAVE A LARGE SOCIETAL IMPACT ON THE FUTURE SOCIETY. IN THIS ARTICLE CONCERNING DECISION CRITERIA SUCH AS THE ROLE OF COOPERATING ACTORS AT NATIONAL LEVEL AND THEIR INTERACTIONS, AN INNOVATION SURVEY HAS BEEN DRAWN ON THE BASIS OF NATIONAL INNOVATION SYSTEM (NIS) APPROACH. IN THIS REGARD, IN ADDITION TO MONITORING THE ACTIVITIES IN DEVELOPMENT OF FCT, WE HAVE EXPLORED RELATED TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATIONS IN THIS FIELD.
